The Masque Of The Red Death Hoodie

The Masque Of The Red Death Hoodie

Macabre artist Harry Clarke’s black-and-white illustrations were the perfect match for Edgar Allan Poe’s 1919 short story collection – including The Masque Of The Red Death, which tells of a prince who hosts a masquerade ball for other wealthy nobles in an attempt to avoid a plague known as the Red Death. A mysterious costumed figure shows up at the ball, stalking the guests through each of the themed rooms. It is confronted by the prince only to reveal that there is nothing inside the costume, and both the prince and his guests die soon after. Creepy!
