Returns & Exchanges

At BlackMilk, we want you to feel amazing in your gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
